As CEO of Perfect Skills, Shailesh leverages his deep financial, strategic, and domain knowledge to drive company growth, innovation, and investor relations. Srini is a seasoned global delivery leader with over 29 years of expertise in enterprise technology, ERP, and strategic program management. A certified Independent Director, he has successfully led large-scale digital transformation initiatives and managed high-performing global teams. In his previous role, Srini held P&L responsibility for a $250 million portfolio, overseeing 4,000+ professionals across international delivery centers. His leadership in executing over 20 major transformation programs across North America, Europe, Japan, and India has built strong stakeholder trust across sales, finance, legal, and vendor functions. Currently, Srini focuses on advising organizations on scaling global delivery models, enterprise transformation, and operational governance.
